When I started working with the seven chakras I wanted to find something that gave me a three dimensional type of symbol. As I searched alternative stores up and down the West Coast, all I found where symbols in paper or stained glass. So I decided to design and make my own chakras. With the largest chakra's, you can actually lay on them and align your body with each chakra. Each set of chakras comes with a tag giving the information below.

Chakra (also spelled cakra) means wheel or vortex. A chakra is an invisible center of spinning energy. Through the chakras, we are able to receive and transmit social, sexual, and spiritual energy. I have used seven clay body discs to represent each of the seven chakras and have used glazes to correspond the correct color energy of that chakra. These seven colors represent the full color spectrum of light energy. Please enjoy!
